About the Rose

This product uses the Damascus rose, grown at an altitude of 3,666 meters on Niubei Mountain, the natural geographic boundary between the Sichuan Basin and the Western Sichuan Plateau. Each rose plant has a growth cycle of 1–2 years as a seedling, with a lifespan of 10–15 years.

Extraction Process

Using traditional steam distillation, both rose essential oil and hydrosol are carefully extracted. The hydrosol obtained during this process serves as a key ingredient in the formulation.

Enhanced with Herbal Extracts

With the expertise of researchers at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, four traditional Chinese herbal extracts are added to achieve mild antibacterial and antimicrobial effects:

Antibacterial Mechanism: Forsythia, Honeysuckle, Scutellaria

1. Forsythia: Contains forsythin and lignans that inhibit the activity of Staphylococcus aureus and other bacteria.
2. Honeysuckle: Rich in chlorogenic acid and flavonoids, which reduce bacterial adhesion and suppress pathogen growth.
3. Scutellaria (Baical Skullcap): Baicalin and baicalein effectively inhibit inflammatory responses caused by bacteria.
4. Moisturizing Factor: Enhances skin barrier function and helps maintain hydration while supporting antibacterial protection.
